“Matt and team were outstanding when I had a sudden hot water tank leak. I spoke to Matt Sunday afternoon and he advised me on what needed to be done and that he would be on site Monday morning to review. He was right on time (no 4 hour arrival window needed!) and was able to quickly evaluate the issue and provide my options. I had a quote for the work within a few hours, and they were back by 9 am the next morning to convert me over to a tankless water heater.
The team was exceptionally friendly and did outstanding work. I will continue to use Horsetooth for any and all heating, air, and plumbing needs.”

“Horsetooth has been great to work with! We had an air duct disconnect from a floor vent during 100 degree days this summer and they had Josh out the next day after I called! Josh was very professional and talked us through everything he saw, how he would fix it, and future recommendations. We have a crawl space and we know it’s not easy to navigate and he was great the whole time. We are new to home owning and all the information he provided was so helpful! “I chose Horsetooth heating, air and plumbing based on the reviews, their ability to provide service in a timely manner and the price I was quoted. Upon the technician arriving and looking at my system, the price kept increasing. Easch time he looked at a component a new "service" was needed that was not included in the original price I was given. When it was all totaled up, it was more the 4X the original price I was given. Luke did reach out to his supervisor and the two of them were able to make an adjustment (which was much appreciated) but the total still ended up being over 3X the original price. I understand this is a business and a profit need to be made, however I don't appreciate being deceived. I'd be happy to change my review upon speaking with the leadership team and understand how this miscommunication was so drastic and how it can improve.”

“The blower motor our 21 year old furnace stopped working on a Friday evening before a very hot weekend. We called horsetooth heating and a/c and josh was sent out on Saturday. While he was unable to fix it that day, he remained in touch and the rest of the company worked hard to get a new motor asap. Costs, scheduling, and communication was outstanding, and there was never an attempt to sell me new equipment or anything else. To top it all off, josh made the repairs the day the blower arrived. Our overall experience was excellent and if we have similar problems or need new equipment we will start with horsetooth heating and air.

“Josh came out to look over and give a written opinion and ac that was installed last year by another large unresponsive company here in Fort Collins. When the ac is turns on the furnace makes a loud bang and grinding noise and the ac unit outside makes a loud noise. At least 10 diff ppl from the other company couldn’t figure out what was wrong., brushed me off, told me not important etc. Josh took it apart found some issues, fixed what he could and is writing up an assessment. He explained everything and took my concerns seriously. He was able to get out to do this within 1 day. HOrsetooth came highly recommended by another local company who couldn’t get out. I feel pretty confident with horsetooth and will be switching all business over to them.”
“I recently had my old air conditioner and furnace replaced with a new Rheem cold climate certified heat pump and 98% efficient gas furnace. The team, lead by Amedeo, was very professional. They had the old units out and the new units mostly installed the first day. They came back the second day finishing up the work and commissioned the system. They stayed later on the second day to ensure that we had air conditioning. Much appreciated. Amedeo always answered all questions that I had. He was a pleasure to work with.

“We had our old furnace and AC replaced with a heat pump system. Ben was astounding from first walk around the house to dropping off a cold air return cover weeks after our install for a return that was in a wall but changed to in-floor with the remodel we have underway. I do not recall the install tech's names – we've had a lot going on here – but they were amazing, too. Very professional and respectful of our property and great attention to detail. Our installation required running several new lines, cutting out drywall ceilings – a lot of disruptive work that was completed without interfering with my ability to work in my home office except for a few hours. Misha and everyone else in the office have all been great, too. We had only two small issues with the installation – the inspection scheduling was overlooked, but that was corrected promptly, as were the inspector's notes after inspection. I have nothing but good things to say about Horsetooth and everyone I've dealt with there. Always pleasant and professional and very responsive, and I already committed to a maintenance plan with them because they are the only HVAC company I want to have work for me.”
“I would like to highly recommend Horsetooth Heating and Air based on our family's experience with them.
From the beginning of the process until the inspection from the city we just had, everything they did was top-notch. Ben came to the house to inspect our heating unit, made his recommendations and informed us of the payment options, which included some pretty hefty rebates. He was patient and kind enough to answer all my questions, and we went forward.
Cory and Ridge were the technicians sent to do the install. From the first handshake they were kind and engaging. They were very interactive with my 3 1/2 year old daughter, even in the midst of their work. They answered questions and Cory was especially helpful in raising my level of awareness of the dangers of carbon monoxide poisoning in the home, which was already rather heightened due to our family's experience with it in another home.
The work was done when it was slated to be done and the inspector commented multiple times about how cleanly the work had been completed. He said (and I am paraphrasing just a touch) it might be the best job he had ever seen.
All in all, HHA did a fantastic job and we feel very blessed to have found them. They are just what you would hope for in a service company; great expertise and high integrity. Thank you HHA for all you did to keep our family warm and safe!”

I am totally impressed with Matt Francis and his crew from Hydro Plumbing. I am in Property Management as well a real estate investing and rehab properties. Matt was a referral and has risen to the occasion when I needed help the most. In particular, he solved some major rehab issues on a majorly run down rental property that quite frankly should have been torn down! Matt and his crew have helped rehab this property unit by unit from plumbing repairs to entire underground digs to upgrade the multiple septic systems out there. Matt is completely skilled at routine plumbing jobs, larger commercial projects and everything in between. Matt and his staff are reliable, trustworthy, punctual and take pride in what they do. I highly recommend Hydro Plumbing.
I hired Hydro Plumbing and Heating on Thursday evening to replace both of my 50 gallon gas heaters with a new tankless water heater. My floors were soaking wet from the units (both) that failed! Hydro told me they would be at my home @ 8:30 am Friday; they showed up at 8:00 am ready to go to work. Less than four hours later my warm showers were running! In addition, I paid 15% less than I next low bidder. Thanks for the GREAT experience!

Horsetooth Heating & Air staff supported us through the whole process of deciding what equipment would best replace our old systems at a price we could afford, installation, and testing for completion.
Cory McNaney and his colleague Dillon did a wonderful job of taking out our old furnace and air conditioner, cleaning everything up, and installing our new heat pump & furnace.
