“I chose Horsetooth heating, air and plumbing based on the reviews, their ability to provide service in a timely manner and the price I was quoted. Upon the technician arriving and looking at my system, the price kept increasing. Easch time he looked at a component a new "service" was needed that was not included in the original price I was given. When it was all totaled up, it was more the 4X the original price I was given. Luke did reach out to his supervisor and the two of them were able to make an adjustment (which was much appreciated) but the total still ended up being over 3X the original price. I understand this is a business and a profit need to be made, however I don't appreciate being deceived. I'd be happy to change my review upon speaking with the leadership team and understand how this miscommunication was so drastic and how it can improve.”
