“We had our old furnace and AC replaced with a heat pump system. Ben was astounding from first walk around the house to dropping off a cold air return cover weeks after our install for a return that was in a wall but changed to in-floor with the remodel we have underway. I do not recall the install tech's names – we've had a lot going on here – but they were amazing, too. Very professional and respectful of our property and great attention to detail. Our installation required running several new lines, cutting out drywall ceilings – a lot of disruptive work that was completed without interfering with my ability to work in my home office except for a few hours. Misha and everyone else in the office have all been great, too. We had only two small issues with the installation – the inspection scheduling was overlooked, but that was corrected promptly, as were the inspector's notes after inspection. I have nothing but good things to say about Horsetooth and everyone I've dealt with there. Always pleasant and professional and very responsive, and I already committed to a maintenance plan with them because they are the only HVAC company I want to have work for me.”

From the beginning of the process until the inspection from the city we just had, everything they did was top-notch. Ben came to the house to inspect our heating unit, made his recommendations and informed us of the payment options, which included some pretty hefty rebates. He was patient and kind enough to answer all my questions, and we went forward.
Cory and Ridge were the technicians sent to do the install. From the first handshake they were kind and engaging. They were very interactive with my 3 1/2 year old daughter, even in the midst of their work. They answered questions and Cory was especially helpful in raising my level of awareness of the dangers of carbon monoxide poisoning in the home, which was already rather heightened due to our family's experience with it in another home.
The work was done when it was slated to be done and the inspector commented multiple times about how cleanly the work had been completed. He said (and I am paraphrasing just a touch) it might be the best job he had ever seen.
All in all, HHA did a fantastic job and we feel very blessed to have found them. They are just what you would hope for in a service company; great expertise and high integrity. Thank you HHA for all you did to keep our family warm and safe!”

I am totally impressed with Matt Francis and his crew from Hydro Plumbing. I am in Property Management as well a real estate investing and rehab properties. Matt was a referral and has risen to the occasion when I needed help the most. In particular, he solved some major rehab issues on a majorly run down rental property that quite frankly should have been torn down! Matt and his crew have helped rehab this property unit by unit from plumbing repairs to entire underground digs to upgrade the multiple septic systems out there. Matt is completely skilled at routine plumbing jobs, larger commercial projects and everything in between. Matt and his staff are reliable, trustworthy, punctual and take pride in what they do. I highly recommend Hydro Plumbing.
I hired Hydro Plumbing and Heating on Thursday evening to replace both of my 50 gallon gas heaters with a new tankless water heater. My floors were soaking wet from the units (both) that failed! Hydro told me they would be at my home @ 8:30 am Friday; they showed up at 8:00 am ready to go to work. Less than four hours later my warm showers were running! In addition, I paid 15% less than I next low bidder. Thanks for the GREAT experience!

Horsetooth Heating & Air staff supported us through the whole process of deciding what equipment would best replace our old systems at a price we could afford, installation, and testing for completion.
Cory McNaney and his colleague Dillon did a wonderful job of taking out our old furnace and air conditioner, cleaning everything up, and installing our new heat pump & furnace. And Cory made sure we know how to efficiently use our new system. We are thankful for the quick turnaround between realizing the system needed replacing and the installation of the new system.

“This is a Great Company with Extraordinary Knowledge and Skills! I had an issue with our boiler and thermostats not working properly.
