“The blower motor our 21 year old furnace stopped working on a Friday evening before a very hot weekend. We called horsetooth heating and a/c and josh was sent out on Saturday. While he was unable to fix it that day, he remained in touch and the rest of the company worked hard to get a new motor asap. Costs, scheduling, and communication was outstanding, and there was never an attempt to sell me new equipment or anything else. To top it all off, josh made the repairs the day the blower arrived. Our overall experience was excellent and if we have similar problems or need new equipment we will start with horsetooth heating and air.

“Josh came out to look over and give a written opinion and ac that was installed last year by another large unresponsive company here in Fort Collins. When the ac is turns on the furnace makes a loud bang and grinding noise and the ac unit outside makes a loud noise. At least 10 diff ppl from the other company couldn’t figure out what was wrong., brushed me off, told me not important etc. Josh took it apart found some issues, fixed what he could and is writing up an assessment. He explained everything and took my concerns seriously. He was able to get out to do this within 1 day. HOrsetooth came highly recommended by another local company who couldn’t get out. I feel pretty confident with horsetooth and will be switching all business over to them.”
