Taylor Caron was Kyle’s very first technician at Horsetooth Heating, Air & Plumbing, having been with the company since the early days. Kyle taught Taylor everything he knows about the trade from the ground up, and over the years, Taylor built a reputation as one of our most requested techs, with homeowners regularly calling in to ask for him by name.

Today, Taylor serves as our Service Manager, bringing a massive amount of hands-on knowledge and practical guidance to the entire team. He keeps our service department running smoothly, helps our techs navigate complex diagnostic issues, and makes sure every customer gets the honest, high-quality care Horsetooth is known for.

Even with his management responsibilities, Taylor is far from desk-bound. You will still catch him out on job sites across Northern Colorado all the time, jumping in to help the crew, troubleshooting tough calls, and making sure our service standard stays right where it belongs.
