“We had our old furnace and AC replaced with a heat pump system. Ben was astounding from first walk around the house to dropping off a cold air return cover weeks after our install for a return that was in a wall but changed to in-floor with the remodel we have underway. I do not recall the install tech's names – we've had a lot going on here – but they were amazing, too. Very professional and respectful of our property and great attention to detail. Our installation required running several new lines, cutting out drywall ceilings – a lot of disruptive work that was completed without interfering with my ability to work in my home office except for a few hours. Misha and everyone else in the office have all been great, too. We had only two small issues with the installation – the inspection scheduling was overlooked, but that was corrected promptly, as were the inspector's notes after inspection. I have nothing but good things to say about Horsetooth and everyone I've dealt with there. Always pleasant and professional and very responsive, and I already committed to a maintenance plan with them because they are the only HVAC company I want to have work for me.”
